 CHARACTER BACKSTORY  

<sup>Taichi had hatched in the wild, closer to the mountains. Not in particular fazed by her setting, this young wyngling managed to get around. Nurtured by various wild creatures, she quickly grew to adapt to a more wild behavior. You couldn't say she had a "family" or a guardian figure, as she merely stopped with a different group of creatures each day, 'till she ended up hitching a cart ride that was passing through the forest. It wasn't exactly a short ride, and neither was the cart owner informed, so it did come as a surprise when upon arrival, they realized half of their shipment was chewed on or simply gone. Taichi got off the ride when they got closer to Wynsiph, looking forward to her next adventure. Albeit as a misfortune to her, she was caught by Alma. After further inspection and lack of information on this wyngling, she was taken to the Nook where they successfully managed to raise her into adulthood.

Her time spent in the wild greatly affected her further standpoint on morals. She preserved her wild nature, giving her caretakers plenty of trouble during education. Eventually she did calm down and become more adequate for society, but it's not really rare to see her wilder side showing either. Her lack of attachment to a particular creature contributed to her flexibility when it comes to socializing. She's neither afraid nor hostile towards anyone, merely staying cautious if faced with someone that intimidates her. This lax approach and ignorance towards "status" makes her quite the social butterfly.
Taichi's desire to help others visibly stems from her memories of her earliest childhood, where herbivores and carnivores alike expressed their kindness to this tiny ball of curiosity. It's a fond memory, and she likes to carry on the legacy of making others feel the same gratitude she feels towards the creatures that nurtured her. Even if the ones she helps do not feel gratitude what so ever, it's not like she expects it. It's more so the thought behind it, that someone might really appreciate it. Those who don't appreciate her efforts certainly don't dishearten her in the slightest.
You could say, her hatred towards veggies also began early on. As a small wyngling she was either provided with enough food, or she found enough to support herself. To say the least, Taichi was not left hungry. Majority of her diet consisted of berries, fruit and meat. It wasn't 'till that cart ride, when her fateful dispute with the vegetables began. Like previously mentioned, it was a long ride, well lasting over multiple days. The goods it was transporting were vegetables, seeds and other farming supplies. That, therefore, served as Taichi's meals. She could never sate her appetite with just the greens, growing hungrier and hungrier as days went by. It's very likely that she doesn't despise the flavor, but rather, it's the bitter aftertaste from having to starve when food was clearly present.</sup>

 CHARACTER INTRODUCTION  

<sup>Taichi is very positive and in a way, ignorant towards the world around her. Depends heavily on her own instincts, being rather wild and somewhat unpredictable. She enjoys doing whatever she wants, whenever she wants to. Despite that she knows how to obey when need be, how to follow instructions and most of all, hold true to her own moral code. If anything she's a good example of a Chaotic Neutral. A little too prideful and dislikes admitting complete defeat.

Really open and extroverted, she likes seeking out the company of other wyngrew. Adventure without a company is only half the fun in her opinion. Trusting and quick to get attached to others.

Is pretty much married to meat or something. Doesn't, actually, comprehend the concept of marriage however. In her opinion couples are just super close friends who enjoy showing affection. To her all love translates to that of a close friendship or family. Doesn't understand why anyone insists that romantic attachment is something entirely different. Would assume a crush to be a proposal to be best friends for life.
That said she's aware where do eggs come from, but that doesn't faze her at all. She still stands strongly on her point.</sup>

 CHARACTER INTERACTIONS  

 Meeting new Wyngro: Outgoing, Tai feels comfortable in company of new wyngro. Unless they're being poopy. Then she kicks their ass.
Often treats new acquaintances like friends even before she gets to know their name. Isn't pushy on making actual friends, kind of just rolls with it. If they express desire to form a friendship, she's in and she ain't leaving. If not, she doesn't mind hanging out just like that either. Can sometimes forget personal space and engage in a lot of physical contact, like putting her massive claws on everyone's shoulder, not so gently nudging them, etc.

 Dislikes: Humidity and moisture, doesn't like feeling heavy when her fur's wet. It also takes forever to dry. Has a really hard time accepting loss of any kind and value. Loathes veggies and will shamelessly express her dissatisfaction if she has no other choice but to eat them.
